- The course is designed to acquaint students with working with data and information with main focus on input, selection, modification, analysis and output of data and information. Students will gain the ability to apply simple task of economic character using spreadsheet and database system.

- 1. Tabulkové kalkulátory
Struktura a možnosti tabulkových kalkulátorů. Tabulkový kalkulátor MS Excel. Datový soubor. Tabulka, seznam a jejich editace.
2. Práce s daty v MS Excel
Formátování. Výpočty v tabulkách a seznamech (vzorce, funkce). Filtrování dat (automatický filtr, rozšířený filtr). Souhrny. Vnořené souhrny. Vizualizace dat. Kontingenční tabulky.
3. Analytické nástroje
Zpětné řešení. Hledání řešení. Citlivostní analýza. Procedury pro analýzu dat. Tvorba trendů.
4. Databázové programy
Charakteristiky databázových programů a možnosti jejich využití. Databáze. Relační databáze. Relace. Referenční integrita. Moduly databázového programu MS Access.
5. Práce s daty v MS Access
Tabulky. Dotazy (výběrový, parametrický, křížový, na chybějící záznamy, na duplicitní položky, akční dotazy – vytvářecí, odstraňovací, aktualizační, přidávací). Formuláře. Sestavy. Makra.

Filosofie tabulkových kalkulátorů a jejich přehled. Základní informace o struktuře a možnostech využití tabulkových kalkulátorů.
2. Základní operace.
Základní operace. Práce se sešity - datovými soubory, práce s daty, identifikace buněk. Tvorba vzorců, práce s funkcemi.
3. Úpravy tabulky, tisk.
Formátování tabulky. Úpravy rozměru sloupců a řádků, formátování buněk, použití stylů, automatický formát. Práce s tiskem tabulky, parametry tisku.
4. Grafy.
Tvorba grafů. Úpravy rozměru sloupců a řádků, formátování buněk, použití stylů, automatický formát, vytvoření grafu, úpravy grafu vytváření trendů, tisk grafu.
5. Nadstavbové operace.
Vytváření součtů, vytváření posloupností, hledání a náhrada řetězce, vyhledávání buněk, přepočet sešitu, kruhové odkazy.
6. Kreslení a práce se soubory.
Kreslení v tabulce, vkládání obrázků, úpravy zobrazení sešitu, další práce se soubory, importy dat, ochrana dat, sdílení dat.
7. Seznamy.
Práce se seznamy. Prohlížení seznamu, setřídění seznamu podle klíčů, výběr dat, vytváření souhrnů a přehledů, slučování souborů, práce s externími databázemi, vytvoření kontingenční tabulky.
8. Analytické nástroje.
Analytické nástroje. Zpětné řešení, citlivostní analýza, scénáře, procedury pro analýzu dat. Automatizace opakujících se úloh, zaznamenávání a upravování maker.
9. Úvod do databázového systému Access.
Filosofie databázových programů a jejich přehled. Pojem databáze. Programy pro zpracování databází, jejich postavení a charakteristiky. Základní informace o struktuře a možnostech využití databázových programů. Základy vytváření databází. Relační databáze, její definice, schematický postup vytváření databáze, moduly databázového programu Access - tabulka, formulář, dotaz, sestava a makro, zdroje údajů, tisk.
10. Struktura databáze.
Definice struktury databáze a její modifikace. Práce s databázovými tabulkami - průvodce tabulkou, ruční vytvoření tabulky, úpravy záznamů - anulace, změna šířky a pořadí sloupců, kopírování a přesouvání, vyhledávání údajů, řazení, filtrování.
11. Dotazy.
Jednoduchý dotaz v jedné tabulce, provádění výpočtů, provádění dotazů ve více tabulkách, hledání rozdílných položek, souhrny a využití křížových dotazů pro vytvoření souhrnů, akční dotazy.
12. Formuláře, sestavy.
Základní způsoby vytvoření formuláře, vlastní návrh a vytvoření formuláře, vytvoření formuláře z více databázových tabulek, další možnosti přizpůsobení formuláře - práce s obrázky, vytvoření grafu atd. Prezentace údajů pomocí sestav. Vytvoření sestavy pomocí průvodce, ruční návrh a úpravy sestav.

- The course is designed to acquaint students with working with data and information with main focus on input, selection, modification, analysis and output of data and information. Students will gain the ability to apply simple task of economic character using spreadsheet and database system.

- Prohloubit znalosti v oblasti práce s informacemi, procvičit postupy zadávání, výběru, modifikace a výstupu informací. Aplikovat jednoduché úlohy ekonomického charakteru s využitím dostupných programových prostředků (tabulkový kalkulátor, databázový systém) a integrace dat.

2. Základní operace.

9. Úvod do databázového systému Access
10. Struktura databáze.

1. Úvod do tabulkových kalkulátorů.
Filosofie tabulkových kalkulátorů a jejich přehled. Základní informace o struktuře a možnostech využití tabulkových kalkulátorů.
2. Základní operace.
Základní operace. Práce se sešity - datovými soubory, práce s daty, identifikace buněk. Tvorba vzorců, práce s funkcemi.
3. Úpravy tabulky, tisk.
Formátování tabulky. Úpravy rozměru sloupců a řádků, formátování buněk, použití stylů, automatický formát. Práce s tiskem tabulky, parametry tisku.
4. Grafy.
Tvorba grafů. Úpravy rozměru sloupců a řádků, formátování buněk, použití stylů, automatický formát, vytvoření grafu, úpravy grafu vytváření trendů, tisk grafu.
5. Nadstavbové operace.
Vytváření součtů, vytváření posloupností, hledání a náhrada řetězce, vyhledávání buněk, přepočet sešitu, kruhové odkazy.
6. Kreslení a práce se soubory.
Kreslení v tabulce, vkládání obrázků, úpravy zobrazení sešitu, další práce se soubory, importy dat, ochrana dat, sdílení dat.
7. Seznamy.
Práce se seznamy. Prohlížení seznamu, setřídění seznamu podle klíčů, výběr dat, vytváření souhrnů a přehledů, slučování souborů, práce s externími databázemi, vytvoření kontingenční tabulky.
8. Analytické nástroje.
Analytické nástroje. Zpětné řešení, citlivostní analýza, scénáře, procedury pro analýzu dat. Automatizace opakujících se úloh, zaznamenávání a upravování maker.
9. Úvod do databázového systému Access.
Filosofie databázových programů a jejich přehled. Pojem databáze. Programy pro zpracování databází, jejich postavení a charakteristiky. Základní informace o struktuře a možnostech využití databázových programů. Základy vytváření databází. Relační databáze, její definice, schematický postup vytváření databáze, moduly databázového programu Access - tabulka, formulář, dotaz, sestava a makro, zdroje údajů, tisk.
10. Struktura databáze.
Definice struktury databáze a její modifikace. Práce s databázovými tabulkami - průvodce tabulkou, ruční vytvoření tabulky, úpravy záznamů - anulace, změna šířky a pořadí sloupců, kopírování a přesouvání, vyhledávání údajů, řazení, filtrování.
11. Dotazy.
Jednoduchý dotaz v jedné tabulce, provádění výpočtů, provádění dotazů ve více tabulkách, hledání rozdílných položek, souhrny a využití křížových dotazů pro vytvoření souhrnů, akční dotazy.
12. Formuláře, sestavy.
Základní způsoby vytvoření formuláře, vlastní návrh a vytvoření formuláře, vytvoření formuláře z více databázových tabulek, další možnosti přizpůsobení formuláře - práce s obrázky, vytvoření grafu atd. Prezentace údajů pomocí sestav. Vytvoření sestavy pomocí průvodce, ruční návrh a úpravy sestav.
13. Makra.
Automatizace práce pomocí maker. Základní činnosti při práci s makrem - vytvoření makra, úpravy makra, použití podmínek, ladění makra. Příklady makra.
