- The purpose of this course is to provide students basic orientation in legal order of The Czech republic. After passing this subject they will be qualified to classify any legal problem into the proper legal branch and use them in practice. The course is composed with the focusing on general legal theory, meaning of legal regulation in society, obtaining fundamental knowledge of commercial law and company terminology. This course is recommended to bachelor's studying programs accredited by The School of Business Administration in Karvina.
