- Course objectives
- Course builds on the knowledge gained in course Law. Aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of the fundamental institutes of commercial law, governed by the commercial code and trade law with an emphasis on the legal adjustment of the conditions and forms of business of individual entities in the Czech Republic (natural and legal persons), in particular on the issue of the births and deaths of corporations and other legal entities, monitoring the characteristics of individual business entities and characters which differ from each other. Meet the students and explain them the substantive legal issues, changes and termination of contractual relations with the intention to equip knowledge for a specific processing contracts and acquire practical skills in solving legal actions arising from the commercial and contractual relationships. The aim of the course is to further clarify the procedure of bankruptcy policy and countervailing proceedings, explanation of the substantive legal issues-the creation, amendment and termination of contractual relations. The listener with the knowledge for a specific processing contracts as well as practical skills in solving legal actions arising from the commercial and contractual relationships.
