- Course objectives
- The course develops knowledge and skills, acquired at rates of survival in extreme conditions I. and II. The course focuses on survival in the winter.

- 1. Orientation in the field.
2. Building shelters, burrows, igloo.
3. Fires. Preparing meals.
4. Navigating the terrain and overcome obstacles using skis and snowshoes.
5. Spending the night outdoors.
