Předmět zajišťuje Krajský úřad Moravskoslezského kraje. Probíhá formou blokové výuky na KÚ MSK v Ostravě, 4-5 pátků v průběhu semestru (březen, duben, květen).

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to learn students legislative processes in the field of crisis management, standards of international humanitarian law and selected legal norms for solving crisis situations by state administration, self-government and legal entities.
Syllabus
  • 1. Legislative processes and their application in the crisis management system.
    2. The legal environment for dealing with crisis situations in the Czech Republic and the EU.
    3. Basic conceptual documents of the Czech security policy.
    4. Legislation on protection of the population and civil protection in the Czech Republic and the EU.
    5. Legislation in the field of critical infrastructure protection in the Czech Republic and the EU.
    6. Basic legal norms regulating the competence of the state administration and self-government bodies in the field of defense.
    7. Legal standards relating to Integrated Rescue System and its components.
    8. Legal standards to solve specific emergencies and crisis situations.
    9. Legal standards for the protection of classified information.
