Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the development of the Czech dialects. Students will get familiar with the theoretical basis, principles of fieldwork and dialectological institutes. In seminars the students will work with the transcripted texts from the different historical periods.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to: - define the basic features of the Czech dialects - understand the principles of dialectological research - do the fieldwork and collect dialectological data - understand the transcripted dialectological text
