Culinary culture that reflects the elements of national and cultural identity is threatened in the natural environment by the influence of globalisation and cultural transfer resulting from the modern lifestyle. The aim of the project is research, presentation and education of the values of historical national, regional and local culinary heritage of participating countries and sharing of good practice.

Kulinární kultura odrážející prvky národní a kulturní identity je v přirozeném prostředí ohrožena zánikem vlivem globalizace a kulturního transferu vyvolaného moderním životním stylem. Cílem projektu je výzkum, prezentace a edukace hodnot historického národního, regionálního a lokálního kulinárního dědictví účastnických zemí a sdílení příkladů dobré praxe.
