Abstract
Příspěvek je věnován komparaci názorů provozovatelů gastronomických zařízení z pohledu profesionálů v této oblasti s názory návštěvníků gastronomických zařízení. Ačkoli zde lze identifikovat určité kvantitativní rozdíly, z kvalitativního hlediska a trendů se zásadně neliší.
