In a tme of a rapidly changing environment, companies are facing intern challenges, that are mostly connected to the way their processes are managed. At the same tme, managers and employees responsible for adaptability, development or newly initatng projects are not prepared to react swifly. One of the greatest barriers is the problem with the implementaton of new Business Process Management (BPM) approaches. The aim of this paper is to systematcally examine the literature and, based on these fndings, to propose a framework for BPM implementaton. So, this paper is divided as follows. Afer the introducton, there is a methodology part, where the research process is broken down. The next part is about the presentaton of the literature review itself including a discussion about the results. Finally, the implementaton framework is proposed based on the fndings from the review. In the end, future work is mentoned.
