Konference Dny restorativní justice byla věnována problematice práce s odsouzeným před a po podmíněném propuštění. Byla nastíněna problematika možností a metod práce s odsouzeným, představena byla organizace Centrum sociálních služeb v Praze a následně resocializační program BETA, uvedeny byly možnosti práce s odsouzenými při jejich začlenění do běžného života a dále i problematika podmíněného propuštění v judikatuře Ústavního soudu, aj.

The conference Days of Restorative Justice was devoted to the issue of working with the convict before and after the conditional release. The issue of possibilities and methods of work with the convict was outlined, the Center of Social Services in Prague was introduced, followed by the BETA re-socialization program, the possibilities of work with convicts during their integration into everyday life were introduced and the issue of conditional release in the case-law of the Constitutional Court, etc.
