Již po dobu 12 let je součástí právního řádu České republiky bodové hodnocení řidičů. Opakované záznamy bodů v bodovém hodnocení řidičů přitom vedou k pozbytí řidičského oprávnění na dobu 1 roku, což je svým účinkem rovno správnímu trestu zákazu činnosti spočívajícího v zákazu řízení motorových vozidel. Příspěvek v úvodní části představuje zákonnou úpravu bodového hodnocení řidičů, na což navazuje jeho posouzení jako sankce s akcentací na vývoj rozhodovací činnost soudů.
In English
System of items for drivers has been accepted in Czech law almost 12 years. Recurrent notes of items into the history of driver has as the conseqwuence the enability to hold driving license for 1 year, which is the same consequence as the punishment concerned on ban on driving motor vehicles. Firstly the paper introduce the legal regulation of items for drivers, which is followed the consideration this instrumet as the punishment with focus on the judicial review.
