RAGtime workshops and conferences have been organized since 1999 by the Relativistic Astrophysics Group (RAG). The RAGtime - Opava MHD Workshop - took place at the Silesian University in Opava, Czech Republic on November 4-6, 2019. The main discussed topics were focused on general relativistic magnetohydrodynamics, GR simulations of accretion disks, radiative transfer, and on the other astrophysical processes near compact objects. Among the invited speakers were: Włodek Kluźniak (CAMK, Poland), Ruchi Mishra (CAMK, Poland), David Abarca (CAMK, Poland), Miljenko Čemeljic (CAMK, Poland), Jiří Horák (ASU AV ČR), Wenda Zhang (ASU AV ČR), Agnieszka Janiuk (CFT, Poland), and Ishika Palit (CFT, Poland).
