Aim: analyze the factors that have an impact on the Caesarean section Design: observational study Metodology: Quantitative research in 591 postpartum women. hypotheses were processed by Student's T-test, Chi-square independence test and phi coefficient. Results: The following factors had a statistically significant effect on the caesarean section of the study group: age, BMI and induction of labor. Conclusion: Research results are consistent with foreign studies where age, BMI and labor induction are presented as risk factors on the Caesarean section. Key words: caesarean section - age - BMI - uterine activity - risk factors Aim: analyze the factors that have an impact on the Caesarean section Design: observational study Metodology: Quantitative research in 591 postpartum women. hypotheses were processed by Student's T-test, Chi-square independence test and phi coefficient.
