In the original language

The largest publication on photographic books from Central Europe so far accompanied the Photoblock exhibition, presented from 21 November 2019 to 1 March 2020 at the International Center of Culture in Krakow, which will be reprised at the Museum of Art in Olomouc and the National Gallery in Vilnius. Each book from the exhibition is covered by an expert study, which analyzes the photographic part of the book in detail and puts it into a broad political, social and historical context.

Dosud nejrozsáhlejší publikace o fotografických knihách ze střední Evropy doprovázela výstavu Fotoblok, uvedenou od 21. 11. 2019 do 1. 3. 2020 v Mezinárodním centru kultury v Krakově, která bude v roce 220 reprízována v Muzeu umění v Olomouci a Národní galerii ve Vilniusu. Každé knize z výstavy je v publikaci věnována odborná studie, která podrobně analyzuje především fotografickou část knihy a zařazuje ji do širokého politického, společenského a historického kontextu.
