The main goal of presented study is to explain in a more comprehensive view process based on planning, calculating, managing and much more. Changes in the business environment, both external and internal, and hence the innovation process, are closely related to the reinvestment process. And the approaches of business entities to risk, changes in the environment and the reinvestment process in relationship to gender, education and age of entrepreneurs.
