The "RAGtime 14" is already traditional workshops that have been annually held by the Institute´s Relativistic Astrophysics Group (RAG) since 1999. The fundamental theme of the RAGtime workshops is generally associated to different problems of black holeand neutron star relativistic astrophysics. In 2012, aside from a variety of theoretically based topics including standard and alternative gravitation theories, the meeting was focused on current research findings in the area of modeling and observations of accretion and radiation in BH, NS and WD systems and on findings associated to various aspects of BH and NS QPO models. The scientific program was prepared in cooperation with John Miller (University of Oxford; SISSA) and Marek Abramowicz (Chalmersin Gothenburg; CAMK).
