The aim of the article is to briefly outline the qualified procedures of authorities, officials and other interested parties in promoting employment and free movement of persons within the member states of the European Union. Introduce some of the administrative bodies that are within the free movement of persons and in their employment are entitled to make decisions and also to actively participate in activities related to the promotion of employment and the creation of favorable conditions for the application of the qualifications of interested persons.
