Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou e-Health přístupu v medicíně. Metody a postupy e-Health budou ve stále vyšší míře ovlivňovat zdravotní i sociální práci. Příspěvek ve své stěžejní části představuje souhrnná data z sedmnácti měsíčního období, využívání nástrojů telemedicíny u dětský pacientů a dále se zabývá problematikou motivace jak dítěte, tak rodičů k léčbě.

The article desriptions e-Health systems with children patinets. Systems of e-Health will be lead systems medical and social cares. There artical we have utillized dates from 17 months of monitoring. Of the thirds parts of the articel is dedicated mottivations of parents and them children for therapy.
