Abstract
Many articles on membrane systems seek to minimize the number of membranes. But if these systems were to be used for practical purposes, we may need a system with a large number of membranes - the proper arrangement of this structure would be very difficult. In this paper, we propose a procedure inspired by the spanningtree algorithm to help optimize a complex structure of membranes, independently of system rules.
