The article deals with the survey related to students´ attitudes to cultural and religious diversity and changing conditions on labour market and in education system. Students’ answers show their attitudes to the ethnic diversity at a potential workplace and focus on professional intercultural communication and problems that might occur in it. The paper also involves a short comparison of selected responses in the surveys conducted in 2016 and 2020.

Článek prezentuje postoje studentů ke kulturní a náboženské diverzitě a měnícím se podmínkám na trhu práce a ve vzdělávacím systému.Odpovědí studentů ukazují jejich postoje k etnické diverzitě na potenciálním pracovišti a zaměřují se na profesní interkulturní komunikaci a problémy, které by s v ní mohly vyskytovat. Článek také obsahuje stručné srovnání vybraných odpovědí v průzkumech provedených v roce 2016 a 2020.
