Článek prezentuje výsledky výzkumu archivních pramenů dokumentujících okolnosti kolaudace pavilonu pro Reinerovu fresku v zámecké zahradě v Duchcově a jeho otevření pro veřejnost v letech 1982–1983. Analyzuje diskusi i limity tohoto zpřístupnění a zhodnocuje vztah barokní památky transferované v moderní architektuře k příslušnému místu paměti v kolektivní paměti regionu.

The paper summarizes the results of research into archival sources documenting the circumstances of the approval of the Pavilion for Reiner's fresco in the chateau garden in Duchcov and its opening to the public in 1982–1983. It analyzes the discussion and the limits of this access and evaluates the relationship of the Baroque monument transferred in modern architecture to the relevant place of memory in the collective memory of the region.
