Abstract
Abstrakt: Mezi akutní formy ischemické choroby patří nestabilní angin pectoris a akutní infarkt myokardu (AIM), dnes souhrnně hovoříme o tzv. akutních koronárních syndromech (AKS).
Abstract (in English)
Acute forms of ischemic disease include unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction (AMI); today we speak in general about so-called acute coronary syndromes (ACS). In the 90s of the 20th century and at the beginning of the 21st century there has been a significant progress in the diagnosis and treatment of AIM, which has led to a significant reduction in the length of hospital stay and mortality. We evaluate the development of diagnostic methods, treatment methods and a nursing care from the 1950s to the present.
