The purpose of this paper is to specify the recommended KPI hierarchy for marketing in CRMs in case small business. The value of this paper is in comprehensive work with KPIs. These KPIs were around 192. It is not the ability of small business to work with everyone. Originality is visible in the volume of recommended KPIs for small business based on data derived from the real situation that focuses on consulting services.
