Cíl: Zjistit kvalitu života u nemocných s chronickou pankreatitidou. Zjistit jaké subjektivní příznaky pacienti nejčastěji vnímají, jaký je jejich vztah k alkoholu před a po onemocnění a zda kouří. Soubor a metody: Pro účely výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní metoda, za využití standardizovaného dotazníku WHOQOL-BREF. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 70 respondenty z gastroenterologických ambulancí. Výsledky: Na základě statistického zpracování lze konstatovat, že kvalita života je snížena v doméně fyzické, prožívání a sociální vztahy. V rámci doporučených režimových opatření respondenti požívají alkohol a kouří. Pacienti nedodržují doporučená režimová opatření. Ze subjektivních příznaků respondenty nejvíce obtěžuje bolest břicha. Závěr: Dosažené výsledky potvrzují sníženou kvalitu života pacientů na spodní hranici populační normy, výsledky však nejsou výrazně nízké. ER -
