Main attention of this paper is paid to today's depository of documents connected with Franciscan Cadastre in the Czech Republic. It is especially the Central Archives of Surveying and Land Register, and three state archives (by lands for Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia), in which the cadastral heritage is kept. The paper describes the current state of interests to this subject in the Czech Republic. Over the last decade, there were several public or commercial projects held there to achieve protection, digitization and subsequent publication of cadastral works. Increasing amount of users of online available sources suggests the growing demand for their quick and easy access. Therefore the paper also mentions the role of state archives and other important institutions in the digitization and public access to cadastral documents from the 19th century. ER -
