Abstract
Úcastníci se seznámili s historií a současnosti servírování vína. Workshop obsahoval témata jako je způsob servírování vín podle typů vín, příležitostí a párování jídla s víny.
Abstract (in English)
The participants got acquainted with the history and present of wine serving. The workshop covered topics such as how to serve wines according to wine types, occasions and pairing of meals with wines.
