Monografia obce na základe historického a terénneho výskumu prináša komplexné dejiny obce a jej vývoj z hľadiska lokálneho i regionálneho v rámci Trenčianskeho kraja. Publikácia mapuje v rámci mikrohistorie aj cirkevné dejiny, ľudovú kultúru, zvyky a obyčaje, povesti, demografický vývoj, každodenný život, osobnosti, športové a spoločenské aktivity a kultúrne pamiatky.

Monograph of the village based on historical and field research brings a comprehensive history of the village and its development from the local and regional point of view within the Trenčín region. The publication maps, within the framework of microhistory, also religious history, folk culture, customs and oral history, rumours, demographic development, everyday life, personalities, sports and social activities and cultural monuments.
