Prezentace pokrmů a nápojů českých zemích s hodnotou kulinárního dědictví na příkladu vybraných prvků stravování s nejasným, nevysvětlitelným, žertovným či jiným neobvyklým názvem, s využitím aktuálních výsledků vědeckého interdisciplinárního výzkumu, za účasti studentů, pedagogů, odborníků a dalších účastníků z řad laické veřejnosti.

Presentation of dishes and drinks of the Czech Lands with the value of culinary heritage on the example of selected elements of diet with unclear, unexplainable, jokey or other unusual names based on current results of scientific interdisciplinary research. Students, teachers, experts as well as lay public participated in the workshop.
