N2  - The article deals with wine tourism with a special focus on the market environment of the Czech Republic. This form of tourism has been very popular and varied in recent years and is based on different conditions of vine growing in different regions of Europe and more throughout the world. The aim of the paper is to identify the specifics and uniqueness of wine production in the Czech Republic. It is based on our own research on the quality of wine products in selected regions of the Czech Republic and a public opinion survey on the quality and popularity of wines in selected areas. The result is the identification of the conditions of viticulture and wine production in the Czech Republic and its connection with tourism.
