Abstract
The chapter presents partial results of the rescue archaeological excavation carried out in the western part of the historical core of Osoblaha. During the survey, a total of 9 historical basements of originally wood-clay houses were captured. Some of the basements contained stone foundations. 8 basements date from the High and Late Middle Ages, one basement from the Early Modern period.
