Workshop určený odborné a laické veřejnosti a studentům prezentoval výsledky vědeckého interdisciplinárního výzkumu kulinární kultury na příkladu vybraných pokrmů z drůbeže a divokých ptáků konzumovaných napříč sociálními vrstvami v novověku; teroretická část byla doplněna ukázkami experimentální retrogastrnomie. |

Designed for the professional and general public and students, the workshop presented the results of scientific interdisciplinary research into culinary culture using the example of selected poultry and wild bird dishes consumed across social classes in the modern period; the theoretical part was complemented by examples of experimental retrogastronomy. |
