The students of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ostrava (under the auspices of Jiří Surůvka's Video-multimedia-performance Studio) were first presented with the results of artistic research supported by SLU IGS/7/2023, i.e. various forms of photo and video documentation of visual performance. The following thematic areas were discussed: what form such documentation can take, how it affects the overall perception of the art work and copyright issues in the relationship between the artist and the author of the documentation. The second part of the workshop was practical: after initial psycho-physical exercises, students created and documented their own performances. The event was made possible thanks to the support of the grant IGS/7/2023.
