Abstract

V originále

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems play a crucial role in enhancing decision-making processes within organizations. By integrating various business functions and providing real-time data, ERP systems enable managers to make informed decisions that align with organizational goals. Furthermore, the ability to make decisions in manufacturing and logistics operations is further improved by the integration of ERP systems with other technologies, such as artificial intelligence, business intelligence tools, or process mining techniques. In conclusion, through better data management, operational effectiveness, and analytical capabilities, ERP systems greatly improve decision-making in manufacturing or shipping processes. ERP systems help businesses make well-informed decisions that increase profitability and customer happiness by combining several processes and offering real-time insights.
