Workshop „Od ohniště k mikrovlnce“ seznámil studenty primy gymnázia se způsoby stravování v různých historických obdobích – od paleolitu a neolitu až po současnost. Účastníci pracovali s pracovním listem, třídili potraviny, sestavovali jídelníčky a poznávali příklady pravěkých receptů. Společně hodnotili, co bylo a je zdravé, ekologické a dostupné. Aktivita propojila dějepis, zeměpis a výchovu ke zdraví v souladu s výstupy RVP.
In English
The workshop From the Hearth to the Microwave introduced first-year grammar school students to eating habits across different historical periods – from the Paleolithic and Neolithic to the present day. Participants worked with worksheets, sorted foods, created meal plans, and explored examples of prehistoric recipes. Together, they evaluated what was and is healthy, ecological, and accessible. The activity integrated History, Geography, and Health Education in accordance with the national curriculum outcomes.
