Výsledky ukázaly, že nejnižší kvalitu života uváděly ženy s endometriózou v doménách kontrola a bezmoc, bolest, sexuální vztahy, neplodnost a emocionální pohoda. Tato zjištění potvrzují závažný dopad endometriózy nejen na fyzické zdraví, ale i na psychickou pohodu a sociální fungování žen. Výsledky poukazují na potřebu komplexní a multidisciplinární péče zaměřené nejen na léčbu bolesti, ale také na podporu autonomie, emoční stability a zvládání důsledků onemocnění v intimních a reprodukčních oblastech života.

The results showed that women with endometriosis reported the lowest quality of life in the domains of control and helplessness, pain, sexual 81 relationships, infertility and emotional well-being. These findings confirm the severe impact of endometriosis not only on physical health but also on women‘ s psychological well-being and social functioning. The results point to the need for comprehensive and multidisciplinary care aimed not only at treating pain but also at promoting autonomy, emotional stability and coping with the consequences of the disease in intimate and reproductive domains of life.
