Příspěvek se věnuje problematice sebehodnocení učitelů mateřských škol v oblasti wellbeingu a prevenci rizikového chování. Výzkum (N=438) prokázal vliv dosaženého vzdělání na sebehodnocení a naznačuje, že znalost a práce s wellbeingem posiluje jistotu učitelů v podpoře bezpečného a podpůrného prostředí.

In English

The article deals with the issue of self-assessment of kindergarten teachers in the area of wellbeing and prevention of risky behavior. The research (N=438) demonstrated the influence of educational attainment on self-assessment and suggests that knowledge and work with wellbeing strengthen teachers' confidence in promoting a safe and supportive environment.
