Doprovodný program vernisáže výstavy představil návštěvníkům z řad odborné i laické veřejnosti téma šlechtického stravování a nabídl ochutnávku vybraných specialit připravených metodou historické retrogastronomie. Výstava a související výzkum se uskutečnily v rámci projektu NAKI ve spolupráci Památkového ústavu, ú.o.p. Ostrava a Slezské univerzity v Opavě.

In English

The accompanying programme of the exhibition opening introduced visitors (representing both the professional and general public) the issue of aristocratic dining and offered tastings of selected specialties prepared using the method of historical retrogastronomy. The exhibition and related research were carried out within the framework of the NAKI project in cooperation with the National Heritage Institute in Ostrava and the Silesian University in Opava.
