Nový stavební zákon přináší zásadní změny v oblasti stavebního práva, které ovlivní široké spektrum odborníků i veřejnosti. Tento velký komentář, vytvořený více než osmdesátičlenným kolektivem autorů z řad justice, akademie, advokacie, státní správy, architektury a stavebnictví, nabízí detailní a srozumitelný výklad jednotlivých ustanovení zákona. Publikace systematicky analyzuje nové právní instituty, vychází z aktuální judikatury a odborné literatury a zohledňuje související právní předpisy. The new Building Act brings fundamental changes in the field of building law, which will affect a wide range of experts and the public. This large commentary, created by a team of more than eighty authors from the judiciary, academia, advocacy, state administration, architecture and construction, offers a detailed and understandable explanation of the individual provisions of the act. The publication systematically analyzes new legal institutions, is based on current case law and professional literature and takes into account related legal regulations. The emphasis is placed on detailed interpretation and connections, as well as practical aspects and solutions to application problems that may arise during the implementation of the new legislation. The authors also compare the new legislation with the previous act, thereby providing readers with a comprehensive view of the changes and their impacts.
