Kulatý stůl spojuje zástupce Ústavu informatiky FPF SU a IT průmyslu s cílem diskutovat klíčové výzvy a příležitosti na pomezí vysokoškolského vzdělávání, technologických inovací a potřeb trhu práce. Diskuse se zaměřuje na rozvoj budoucích kompetencí studentů informatiky, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována dopadům umělé inteligence na pracovní role, požadované dovednosti a etickou odpovědnost v IT sektoru. Účastníci se věnují očekáváním zaměstnavatelů, možnostem posílení spolupráce mezi univerzitou a firmami a roli aplikovaného výzkumu, inovací a přenosu znalostí v podpoře regionálního rozvoje. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na inovaci studijních programů, interdisciplinární vzdělávání a sladění akademických programů s rychle se měnící technologickou praxí. Cílem kulatého stolu je vytvořit společné porozumění tomu, jak mohou univerzity a IT firmy společně přispívat k udržitelnému rozvoji talentů, inovačního ekosystému a digitální společnosti.

The round table brings together representatives of the Institute of Computer Science and IT industry partners to discuss key challenges and opportunities at the intersection of higher education, technological innovation, and labor market needs. The discussion focuses on the development of future competencies of computer science students, with particular attention to the impact of artificial intelligence on professional roles, required skills, and ethical responsibility in the IT sector. Participants explore current expectations of employers, possibilities for strengthening university–industry cooperation, and the role of applied research, innovation, and knowledge transfer in supporting regional development. Special emphasis is placed on curriculum innovation, interdisciplinary education, and the alignment of academic programs with rapidly evolving technological practice. The round table aims to create a shared understanding of how universities and IT companies can jointly contribute to sustainable development of talent, innovation ecosystems, and the future of digital society.
