Stálá expozice přibližuje návštěvníkům dějiny obce Stará Bělá na základě dílčích událostí, které ovlivnily dění v obci a naopak - podtrhuje význam několika osobností, které ovlivnily dění i za hranicemi jejího katastru. Dotýká se i spojení s Brušperkem a jeho přechod ve spojení s Vítkovicemi a s tím související změna skladby místního obyvatelstva a jeho promítnutí do zdejší politické i společensko-kulturní a spolkové činnosti.

The permanent exhibition introduces visitors to the history of the municipality of Stará Bělá through selected events that shaped local developments and, conversely, highlights the significance of several individuals whose influence extended beyond the boundaries of the municipality. It also addresses the connection with Brušperk and its transition in relation to Vítkovice, along with the resulting changes in the composition of the local population and their reflection in local political, socio-cultural, and associational activities.
