Abstract
In the original language
In the rapidly evolving environment of virtual reality and digital connectivity, the concept of the metaverse has emerged as a dynamic domain with pro found implications for consumer behaviour and globalized interactions. As the influence of the metaverse expands across borders, its potential use is becoming a key issue. In this paper, the focus is on this dynamic environment to explore the interplay between consumer behaviour and the global implications of the metaverse. The central purpose of this article is to unravel the intricate dimensions of customer behaviour and usage patterns in the metaverse, investigating their impact on globalized interactions. By analysing willingness to test new products for monetary rewards, apprehensions regarding user behaviour data collection, content creation abilities, proclivity to invest in metaverse technologies, and purchasing behaviour within the metaverse, this study sheds light on the complex dynamics that define this virtual frontier.
