It explores the main challenges faced by aging employees in adapting to digital transformation within the labor market and highlights emerging practices aimed at mitigating health risks and socio-economic disparities.

Tato kapitola se zabývá propojením digitalizace, zdraví a sociálních nerovností mezi staršími pracovníky v České republice. Zkoumá hlavní výzvy, kterým čelí stárnoucí zaměstnanci při adaptaci na digitální transformaci na trhu práce, a poukazuje na vznikající praxe zaměřené na zmírňování zdravotních rizik a společensko-ekonomických rozdílů.
