Course objectives
The course is focused on theoretical and practical issues of translation from German into Czech and from Czech into German. The core of the course consists of specific problems that the translator encounters in his work. The course is designed as a seminar in which students will be able to try different translation techniques and discuss the possibilities of solving translation problems.
