Course objectives

The course presents a body of knowledge related to key project management concepts and strategic thinking and planning. Students should learn to define project goals, identify its parts and relations between them, determine the overall duration of the project and the course work. Students will learn project roles and gain skills in project management, learn how to cooperate in the project team. The seminar monitors the content of lectures.
