Course objectives
The course gives to familiarize students with the practical implementation of algorithms for image processing in multiprocessor systems and standard systems using FPGA using available hardware and software resources in the laboratory. The implementation will be explained principles of linear filtering, detection, segmentation, correspondence.

  • - The distribution of image processing algorithms, specifications, parameters, computational complexity.
    - Implementation of algorithms in digital form.
    - Implementation of algorithms based on FPGA and digital signal processors using a standard PC.
