Course objectives
Students would to have to handle the issue of concept and role of information management in the context of the management of businesses and organizations at the present day. The aim is to present a set of available knowledge on how to manage flows and use of information in decision-making and management processes of the business, company or institution. The emphasis is on information strategy, Competitive Intelligence and the role of information centers in obtaining external information. Mission of information centers in non-commercial sphere is mentioned too.
