Course objectives
The seminar course offers an overview of the most important authors of the latest German literature, reaching from the 16th to the 21th century. Firstly, the selected authors will be analyzed as part of a specific historic time. Then the literary works themselves will be presented in the context of their time. Furthermore, the students of this seminar course will learn how to discuss selected texts. The used source is always the compulsory reading material. Used are also audiovisual materials and records of some analyzed texts. 1. a 2. Authors of age of Baroque and Enlightment. 3. a 4.
