- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to supplement the students' knowledge with current topics in the field of information technology and IS/IT management. Students are introduced to the principles of IS development project management and IS/IT operation management in the enterprise (IT service management according to ITIL concept). The acquired knowledge will be applied by graduates in IT professions: project manager of IS development, manager of IS/IT department manager in a company at various levels of management, IS/IT security manager, etc. The training is focused on deepening knowledge, current trends, current events in IS.

- 1. IS/IT project management, basic concepts.
- 2. Project organization and planning.
- 3. Project execution, managing scope, time and cost.
- 4. Project documentation and methodologies.
- 5. IS/IT operations management in the enterprise, basic concepts.
