Course objectives
The course follows the lecture Electronic Information Resources I. The aim is to present a body of knowledge in the field of electronic information resources available on the Internet, including links to the relevant branch of electronic information sources. Outline the trends in library and information towards digital and electronic information resources. Capture new opportunities and trends leading to the creation of professional information sources. Characteristics of information resources and systems involved in the activities of libraries and information institutions in a European context.
