  • Tematické bloky:
    - Komunikace v přírodě a společnosti. Vlastnosti mezilidské komunikace
    - Prvky a struktura komunikace: původce, příjemce, obsah, kanál
    - Zpráva a informace. Informace z hlediska filozofie, psychologie, kybernetiky, informatiky
    - Modely komunikačních procesů: lineární, interakční, transakční, pyramidový, divadelní, stromový, kruhový, síťový
    - Typologie komunikačních procesů: hlediska dle záměru, adresnosti, prostoru, mediace, výrazových prostředků
    - Jazyk a znak v komunikaci: typy znaků, struktura jazyka, verbální a neverbální komunikace
    - Význam, smysl, reference, procesy denotace a konotace
    - Záměr a efekt v komunikaci, zpětná vazba
    - Bariéry, šumy a filtry v komunikaci
    - Mediální komunikace model masmediální komunikace, prvky, zákonitosti
